She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bruce Hildebrand; her parents, Albert and Edna (Meyers) King; and sister Carol (Jim) Irvin.
Patty is survived by her sister Linda (Gordon) Miller and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Patty worked as an X-ray technician for Miami Valley Hospital before retiring to travel with her late husband. During their marriage, Patty and Bruce loved to travel. They traveled the US and Canada chasing steam and diesel trains taking amazing photos. Patty also had a love for and collected lighthouses. They were big fans of the Reds and horse racing. They loved going to Keeneland.
A visitation will be held at Tobias Funeral Home, located at 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, OH 45429, on January 30, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location starting at 11:00 am. Burial will take place at David's Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Rd, Dayton, OH 45429, following the funeral service.
