Patricia Lou Jared, age 95 of Kettering, OH, peacefully passed away on September 27, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Glynn C. Jared; parents Dorothy A. and Carl J. Hockey; and sisters Judith A. Cartmell and Phyllis J. Harris.
Patricia is survived by her sons Stephen E. Jared (Janet) and John W. Jared (Sheryl); grandchildren: Nathan Jared (Ashley), Stacey Payne (Jeremy), Brian Jared (Andrea), Grant Jared (Sara), and Katie Jo Tahara (Ryan); great-grandchildren: Avery, Addyson, and Anna Payne, Jack and Charlie Kate Jared, Carter, Luke, and Ethan Jared, Raleigh and Margaret Jared, and Davis W. and Quinn M. Tahara.
Patricia loved her family and took pride in being a homemaker. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and NALC Ladies Auxillary. She was a very competitive card player and an active happy hour participant.
A graveside service for Patricia will be held Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, 1639 East Lytle-Five Points Rd, Centerville, OH 45458.
