

Wuebben, Patricia C., age 80 of Centerville, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012. She was born in Dayton to the late Edward and Clara (Gerdes) Schmidt. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Chad Wuebben in 1983; sister, Phyllis Warner; brother, Ronald Schmidt; and step-mother, Louise Payne. She is survived by her husband, James Wuebben Sr., to whom she was married on May 21, 1955; daughters, Cathy (Greg) Jackson of Bellbrook and Julie (Jon) Martin of Bellbrook; sons, James Wuebben Jr. of Beavercreek, Michael Wuebben of Kettering and Thomas (Cecille) Wuebben of Florida; grandchildren, Katie, Joseph (Kelly), Matthew and Daniel Jackson, Christine and Lucas Martin and Patrick, Maya, Brett, Ryan and Tyler Wuebben. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Lawrence Warner, nephew Martin (Rae) Warner and daughter Tracey, nephew Larry (Ruth) Warner and daughter Melissa and her Godchildren: Mary Will, Ronnie Wenclewicz and Teresa Polizzi as well as many special and dear friends. Pat was a volunteer at Miami Valley Hospital and a member of the Dayton Mother’s Club. She worked for the Beavercreek Schools in the cafeteria, was a branch manager at the Dayton Daily News and also worked for DP&L. She was an avid card player and card club member. Friends may call at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Rd from 5 – 8 PM Thursday, April 26. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Friday April 27 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6245 Wilmington Pk. with Father Tom Schmidt, celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
