Culbertson, Phyllis age 98 of Kettering passed away Monday February 18, 2019 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald and two children, a daughter Sue and a son Robert. Survivors include her four grandchildren, Travis, Amanda, Jessica, and Emily; four great grandchildren, Lauren, Avery, Karlie, and Ellie and her niece Pat. Phyllis could be seen walking around the area both indoors and outdoors as this was a true passion of hers. Services will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
