HOOP, Phyllis age 83 of Kettering, OH, went to be with the Lord, January 29, 2012. She retired from NCR Corporation after twenty five years of service and attended Faith Baptist Church. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hoop; parents, Earl and Mildred (Routzong) Shahan; and a nephew, Chris Shahan. She is survived by a sister, Janice Devlin of Bellbrook, OH; brother, Earl Shahan of West Carrollton, OH; and two nieces, Dr. Kimberly Devlin (Rick Striebe) of Traverse City, MI and Lynn Norvell (Greg) of Labanon, TN. The family will receive friends, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills at Rahn Rd. Wednesday, from 1 pm until time of service at 2 pm. Pastor Wm. Gary Favor officiating.
