Grandma was always cheerful and had even at the age of 93 still a great sarcasm. Although I couldn't see her very often, we always had a good time together. I'm glad we could spend her a visit a few months ago, love you grandma.

and the hills were hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids
and whispered, 'Peace be Thine'.

Phyllis was the best mother-in-law and grandmother you can wish for. Being so far away in Germany we are sad that we cannot be there for the service and for the funeral. We are glad that at least Timmy and I could spend some time with her in early June when we still played cards with her and good see some sparks of her former funny humor We love you Phylliis. - Claire, Timmy, Anita
