29, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman E. Pflomm and
parents, Richard & Margaret (Borchers) Noe. Phyllis is survived by 2 sons,
Elliot R. Pflomm of Kettering, OH and David H. Pflomm of Morrison, CO.
She retired as a children’s librarian in the Dayton Public Library system
and is the author several children’s books. Phyllis was a member of Fairmont
Presbyterian Church, the College Women’s Club and a past president of the
Tri State Art Club. Private services have been held. TOBIAS FUNERAL
