Rebecca Lea Van Oss

Rebecca Lea Van Oss, five weeks and five days of age, passed away following a valiant fight, on February 14, 2016 at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Rebecca’s blue eyes and cute smile captured the hearts of many across the world. She was a wonder woman who showed strength and courage every day. Rebecca’s courage and unconditional love shined through her spunky personality. She will be remembered forever. She is survived by her parents, John and Amanda Van Oss and sister, Annabelle Van Oss, all of Beavercreek. She is also survived by her grandparents: Terry Adkins, Hubert and Karen Branstetter and Gary and Linda Van Oss. Her great-grandparents also survive her: Mary Jo and Kenneth Adkins, Donald Van Oss and Ruth Smith, as do 16 aunts and uncles and 15 cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 19 at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at 2 PM. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 PM until the time of the funeral on Friday.
