Reccia Ann Garrett

Reccia Garrett, age 69 of Riverside, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Henry Smart and Opal Smart (York), her husband Marvin Garrett, and granddaughter Isabella Garrett. She is survived by her only son Martin (Robin) Garrett, granddaughter Recclee Garrett, step-grandchildren Chaz and Mattei Evans, one great-granddaughter Iyla Evans, the very special man in her life Danny Williams, and numerous other family and friends.

Reccia worked for 18 years at NCR and then for 22 years and Hartzell Manufacturing Company until she retired. In her spare time she loved taking vacations to the beach, tending to her garden, and being with her family and friends. But her BIGGEST joy in life was being a Nanna to her grandchildren. She will be missed beyond measure and was loved so very much.

A visitation for Reccia will be held Monday, March 25, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Tobias Funeral Home.

Reccia will be laid to rest in Valley View Memorial Gardens, 170 N Valley Rd, Xenia, Ohio.
