I am so embarrassed and saddened to learn of Rick's passing, almost a year after ther fact.  Some of his other fraternity brothers were remeniscing over and old photo, and a google search led to this sad news.  I am so sorry for your loss. For a short time a long time ago, Rick was a good friend and brother.  My belated condolences.

I am so deeply saddened to hear of Rick's passing.  When I think of my days in Centerville, Ricky and Mike Vagedes were my "go to" guys.  So sad to have lost them both, but I suspect they have found each other.  Malia and I offer our most sincere sympathies to his family.  He was a great man.

Almost every memory I have from college involve Rick or Patty.  Although our busy lives have kept us apart, I thought of Rick a lot especially since my oldest son started IU this fall. I always thought I would just jump in the car one day and play a round of golf with Rick.  I always thought there would be time to do that once my kids grew up.  I am devastated that the time has run out.  Rick was a true friend and I am who I am today in part because I knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, children and entire family.
