Hisey, Richard E. “Pop” Sr.,age 83, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Hisey, in April 2015 and son-in-law, Michael Sweeney in November 2015. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law Richard (Jr) and Rosemary Hisey of Kettering, Cary and Patty Hisey of Johnstown, OH; daughters and son-in-law, Debra Sweeney of Englewood, and Gina and Casey Tschirhart of Bellbrook; 5 grandchildren Joylynn, Montana, Carey Jr., Rachel and Kami, and six great grandchildren. He was retired from Adams Wholesalers after 45 years. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 11:30 AM with Jonathan Mashburn officiating at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
