Richard Rick Lee Younce
March 21, 1949 – March 24, 2014
Richard Lee Younce, “Rick” 65, of Dayton passed away Monday, March 24, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, George Younce Sr., and his sister, Nancy Jane. Rick is survived by his wife, Josephine Goncy; his mother, Julia Dixon of FL; 3 sons, Billy Joe, Douglas and Scott Younce; sisters, Billy Jean, Judy, Diane, Rosie, Ruthie, Wanda and Donna Sue; brothers Joe, Ken, George and Terry. Rick was a US Marine Vietnam Veteran and a 30 year member of the VFW, and he was club manager VFW 2800 for 10 years. Rick was a mechanic for 30 years and a member of American Legion Post 598, Moose Lodge 73 and Millennium Masonic Lodge 777. Funeral service will be 1 pm Thursday March 27, 2014 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave with Chaplain Don Leicy officiating, interment to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Friends may call 6 – 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
