MacDONALD, Rita Ann was born November 3, 1933 in Trenton, Ohio. She succumbed to myelodysplastic syndrome (a form of leukemia) on September 2, 2017. Rita worked at Monarch Marking for 23 years, assisted with the Alter girls soccer team for 10 years, and was enjoying her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Paul Barry MacDonald, her parents Mildred and Emmit Day and her two sisters; Barbara Gaunt and Kathy Dees. She leaves behind to remember her many words of wisdom, her son Michael (Lori), and their children Emily, Brian and Rachel as well as her sister Shirley Snelling.
