Robert O. Brown, age 78 of Beavercreek, passed away at home surrounded by his family on July 1, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Ida Brown of IN. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary “Gene” Brown; his two children: daughter, Lisa Brown (Jeffrey Smith) of IN and son, Kent Brown and wife Michelle of Beavercreek; and his four grandchildren: Joshua Skaggs and Kenneth, Robert and Ethan Brown. Robert retired from General Motors Inland Division after more than 25 years as a chemist. He loved being with his family and riding his bicycle. Friends may call at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 10:00 until 11:30. Funeral services will be immediately following visitation at 11:30. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Logan County, Ohio.
