Coach Kosins helped coach my football team my senior year at Bellbrook. He brought an intensity that was unmatched to practice everyday. He coached with fire and enthusiasm. If you didn't do your job, he would be in your face letting you know that wasn't okay. Despite only coaching me for 3 months my senior year, he made an impression on my life that has not been forgot. My heart hurts for your loss and this worlds loss of a good man.

Bob was one of the good guys who always was there when needed. As a lifelong friend, fellow teacher, and leader of young athletes, Bob always made a difference. Please accept my deepest sympathies, as our world will never be the same.

To the Kosins families,
So sorry to hear about Bob. I have many fond memories of all the great times coaching football together (I don’t know who had a louder voice him or me) and having the kids as students and athletes. He will be sorely missed and I will always remember him.
Take care and god bless

I remember first seeing Bob on my first sales run back in 2006. Bob was very proud of his business but more proud of his sons working with him. Every time I went to see him he took the time out to talk to me. He always complimented his sons to me. He was one of the most sincere , caring and friendly person I have ever met. Bob has done his job well done. He will be missed.

I think I've known Bob as long as Pam has. I remember the first time I saw him we had shish kabob! Which was fancy. Out of my normal wheelhouse. He took me home from babysitting. He always complimented my food when we had parties for Mom and Dad. He was always just part of our lives. Card games at their house in Huber when we were kids. Always had great snacks which is important when you're a kid. I'm so sad for Pam,Bill,Mike,Bobby,Angie, and their families. His memory will live on in their hearts! All my love , Tammy

Our hearts are broken to have to say goodbye to this great man!! The Kosins were like family to us!! The children were like our children. Bob was like a second Dad to Eric. We have shared wonderful times together raising our children. He has made such a difference in so many of our youth.
He was looked up to and so respected by all those who knew him.
He will be missed by all of us!
With our deepest of sympathy to the family.
Forever in our Hearts ♥️

He was the best football coach we had my senior year, the only year he coached any of my teams. You always knew where he was; all you had to do was wait and listen, and soon enough, you'd know. I wished he was our head coach, and I know I was not alone in that thought. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Years ago, I used to play golf almost every Sunday morning at Kitty Hawk with Bob. We always had a early tee time and stopped to eat afterwards. I am truly sorry for your loss and wish to offer his family my sincere condolences .

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
…
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,

With sincere sympathy to Pam, Bill, Mike, and Bob. I have known Bob Kosins since 1957 when we met in the hallway between our classrooms in the old Emanuel School building as freshman at Chaminade. Through the 1960s and 70s we were like right hand men to one another, innumerable times backing one another up, a relationship and friendship that has lasted to today. We had decades of good Thursday nights in the fall, right up to this year, over TV football games, talking about our separate life experiences. I am the better for it all, and I share with the Kosins family in honoring his life.
