NAPIER, Robert Lee, age 81 of West Carrollton passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Robert was born on January 8th, 1933 in Dayton to the late Dorsey and Bessie Ralph Napier. He is survived by his daughters, Patricia Napier, Susan (Sam) Cooper, and Nancy (Steve) Jeanmougin; 9 grandchildren; and a great grandson.
