

He was born on September 10, 1961, in Sandusky, OH. He lived in Dayton for the last fourteen years, but his heart was always back home. He was a 1980 graduate of Perkins High School.
Bob was a quiet, simple man that knew no stranger. He enjoyed bowling in his younger years and as he grew older, he took up golfing. His true passion was playing pool. He never turned down a challenge or just a casual game of pool with good friends.
He leaves behind two daughters, Amber and Alainé (Aaron); 6 precious grandchildren; wife Patti; sister Debbie (Scott) Mellon; brother, Pete (Tricia) Ricotta; nephews Brandon (Nataly) Mellon and Jordan (Ashley) Mellon; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Marie and Pete Ricotta and Dewey Steler; grandparents, Anthony and Charlotte Ciresi and Charles and Ethel Steler; and Uncle Clayton “Sonny” Loehn.
There will be no services. The family will privately celebrate his life.
