Atkin, Rose Mary, age 91, of Dayton passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014, at The Mercy Sienna. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alan Atkin, her parents, Christopher and Alberta (Blommel) Stackman, her brother, Richard (Ann) Stackman, her sister, Shirley (John) Keaton. Rosemary is survived by her four children, Bill (Vickie) Atkin, Cathy (Art) Michelini, Marilyn Atkin and Phyllis Martin; a brother, Robert (Patricia) Stackman; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and had retired as a bookkeeper from Henz, Hawk and Huelskamp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2014, from St. Peter Catholic Church, 6161 Chambersburg Road, Huber Heights. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the mass on Thursday.
