

Kuenle, Rose L (Lanfersieck), age 95, a life long resident of Dayton, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Trinity Community of Beavercreek. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew J. “Jim” Kuenle Jr; parents, Walter & Gail Lanfersieck. She is survived by 2 daughters: Kathleen “Kitty” Pier and her husband Fred “Fritz” of Bellbrook and Carol Sefcik and Ed Sefcik of Brunswick, OH; one son, James “Jim” Kuenle and his wife Jean of Beavercreek; 8 grandchildren: Drew and Abby Pier, Holly, Gail, Scott, and Colleen Sefcik, and Jason and Katie Kuenle; and 4 great-grandchildren. Rose was a member of Immaculate Conception Church Free Spirits and the Holy Name Society and a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Jonathan Day Chapter. She belonged to the Montgomery County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society and a volunteer for 18 years at Carroll High School Library and graduated from Stivers H.S. Class of 1934. Prayers 10 am Thursday, September15, 2011 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
