She was the oldest of seven children born to Charles Cline Wilkin and Rose Marie (Sheldon) Wilkin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lee Roy Newman; and by an infant daughter, Rebecca.
She is survived by a son, James Lee Newman; daughter, Carol Marie (Newman) Ingledue; granddaughters, Melissa Sullivan (Burnie), Ashley Lykins (David) and Allie Ingledue; and six great grandsons.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt and friend. She loved many people throughout her life, but most of all she loved her Lord.
Visitation will be Monday, October 12th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Tobias Funeral Home – Far Hills. Funeral will follow immediately beginning at 12:30. Burial will be at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
