Ruth Millat Millat Daniel

DANIEL, Ruth Millat, (95) went to be with the Lord on May 4, after a brief illness. She is preceded in death by parents, Gustav Millat and Anna Textor Millat; husband of fifty-eight years, William Daniel; an infant son; mother-in-law, Helen Daniel; brothers, Gustav, Otto, Alfred and Walter Millat; eight sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law. She is survived by her beloved daughter and wonderful son-in-law, Joyce and William Thomas of Marietta, GA., who she has lived with for thirteen years, her son, William and daughter-in-law, Norma Daniel of Dayton, Ohio; sisters, Trudi Todd, Dottie Hawley, Anna Beall, twin, Esther Garrison of Dayton; brothers, Herbert, David, Robert and his wife, Delores Millat of Dayton; seven Grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Ruth retired from the Dayton Board of education as a parent assistant for Early Education. She was a past member of Bethel Temple Assembly of God, Huber Heights Church of Ohio and present member of Mount Paran church of God in Marietta, GA. Ruth and Bill loved to travel. They were members of National Campers Travelers and Airstream Wally Byam Camping Clubs. Visitation will be at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave, Dayton, Ohio from 3 to 6 on Sunday, May 8, 2011 and Monday, May 9 from 11am until the time of the service at 12noon. Rev. Doris Swartz officiating. Interment following 2:00pm at the Dayton National VA Cemetery.
