I remember dr bayco as my friend and doctor, I followed him every move he made in employer's, they didn't like that he wasn't going to work for an employer who said he only had 5 mins for each patient, so he would leave, he was a great honest man and doctor, he saved my life im sure twice, I never found a good doctor like him to this day, rest in peace  Ryan, u are missed by many,

Dr Baylor, was the best doctor I had,  I followed him from fairborn ohio,  to all the places he worked in networks, because he said the networks cared only about the amount of patients he could see in a day. He moved on because he believed in taking all the time needed with each patient,  big hearted man, not about the big buck, listening to patient's  was more important to him , rest in peace Mr Bayko, you will be missed...amen god bless..

Dr. Bayko was absolutely the best the physician I ever had; he listened deeply and genuinely cared about your situation. He was never condescending or impatient, gave carefully considered and accurate diagnosis and understood that many situations affecting one’s heath are not simple to fix. He was a pleasure to talk with, smart and observant. 
His kindness, empathy, and patience will be sadly missed. 

Dr. Bayko you will truly be missed by myself and family. I went by for years avoiding the doctor due to horrible experiences until I met you. I always felt comfortable in your care and felt like you were a friend not just my doctor. Most doctors give you the feeling they are better than you and make you feel like a burden taking their time with questions. Absolutely the best doctor I ever had. Great guy, compassionate and caring, he had all of the qualities you look for in a good physician. He spent the extra time and got to know his patients. All of those great talks we had about Las Vegas. He will be missed by all.  Rest in Peace, Doc.

I truly admired DrBayko. My husband and I have been seeing him for 12 years. He was such a wonderful Doctor and friend.Dr.Bayko cared so much for all his Patients. He was one of a kind. The doctor I originally had an appointment with that day was out sick and they had moved me to see Dr. Bayko. And from that day on he was my doctor. He was such a caring and compassionate person not only just a doctor. I followed him to each office he had moved to because he was just that kind of doctor you don’t let go of. Doc was a good man. We used to "argue" about politics but always respected each others point of view. He took excellent care of my wife and I. 
And we counted him as a good friend.

I searched high and low for a doctor like Dr. B, he was not only my doctor but a Friend .   He had a special way of making you feel like you were the most important person , He was truly a caring and compassionate human being they’ll never be another one like him. I am going to miss him dearly, my deepest condolences to his family. Rest in peace  dr. B 

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bayko for over 6 years. Not only was he my co-worker but he was a dear close friend to me. We would have lunch together all the time , casino trips and even dinner with Momma Bayko.   I was with him when he bought his house, helped him shop for houses. I was with him when he had to put his precious BOO BOO kitty to sleep.  
We worked so well together because we had the same sense of humor. It was always an office joke that we were work husband and wife because we would bicker just like an old married couple.  I joked with him at one point once I stopped working with him , saying that I finally had enough and wanted a divorce. He would just laugh. Lol so many great memories. 
I will miss this man greatly! 

Dr. Bayko, you let me see you when my doctor was out of the office. I switched to you and followed you through 3 practices. I never dreaded coming to see you because you and your staff were always on it. You helped me through some significant challenges. WSU med students were lucky to have you as a mentor and I was grateful to have you as my doctor for a long time. Thank you for being you. I will truly miss your intuition, knowledge, guidance and chats.  May your family find comfort in memories you have left behind.

We have only been Dr. Baykos patient's for a short time but in that time we felt like we were very lucky to have him as our doctor,he was always so cheerful and made us feel so important. His patient's are all going to miss his very much, our thoughts and prayers are with his family RIP.

I am so saddened by the passing of Dr.  Bayko. He was truly a very caring  person. I'll always remember how he seemed happy and smiling and made me feel like I was the most important patient he had... but really he made all his patients feel like that. He was my Doctor for  9 year's and I feel so lucky to have known him and he will be greatly missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.   RIP.

 We met Dr. Bayko in 2014 after returning to Ohio. He started out as our doctor and very quickly became a dear friend. He truly cared about us as well as our family. He always took the time to listen to our questions and explain everything in "real" terms not complicated medical terms. We were shocked and greatly saddened by his way-to-early passing. Our heart-felt condolenses and prayers go out to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all that were fortunate to have met him.

Dr. Bayko was amazing. He never rushed you he always listened , you don’t find that often! He was also my little girls doctor and at the end of all her visits he would make her a balloon by blowing up a glove! It just made her day! I found out this morning by calling to make an appointment and our family is crushed. A wonderful person gone much to soon! You will be missed!!

Dr. Ryan bayko is more than a doctor to me he is a friend as well as my doctor he will be missed terribly by many when I came out of the hospital he gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him anytime day or night if I needed him Dr like that are hard to find you will be missed a lot by me and others

I was so fortunate to have found Dr. Bayko upon my return to Ohio last year. Such a gentle soul - he hardly knew me, but he cared for me. I would tell others about this wonderful man who was my primary care physician, who helped me through some difficult times with my health. I'm truly saddened by his passing. My sincerest prayers for his mother, colleagues, and fellow patients for this sudden loss. The world is a bit darker now without his warm light aglow. Peace.

I had only seen him twice as a patient, but I could tell he was one of the good ones.  I was looking forward to him as my new doctor, which he reminded me of the family doctor I had growing up. My heart goes out to his family and friends.

I worked with Dr Bayko when he was a resident, he was a compassionate and caring physician and a better man. I was lucky to have worked with him.

I have had Dr. Bayko as one of my treating physicians.  He was compationet, straight  to the point, He had a great since of humor.  He put all of his patients first. He took the time to talk to his patients. He gave great care to me. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bayko on several occasions. He was one of those doctors we as sales reps look forward to visiting because you knew that you would be treated with respect and dignity instead of being treated as a nuisance.   His bedside manor was second to none.  

So sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Bayko..he was a wonderful doctor and friend.  He will be greatly missed.  He was always so kind and gentle and was attentive to us when we came to the office.  We appreciate him so much and grew to love him as a friend. He will always be remembered for his love for people and animals, such a gentle young man....his family will be in our prayers, we were blessed to have known Ryan Bayko .  John and Gerri Baker.

My first time meeting DR.Baylor was in May of this year and the time I spent with him he was very attentive and did not hurry me along he seemed interested in very thing I had to say.I was shocked to hear of his passing my heart goes out to his family and friends and Colleagues💔

We knew Ryan when he was in high school and was on the Academic Decathalon team with our son at Eastlake North High School. He was very kind and smart and a good friend and we enjoyed following his career after graduation.  We are greatly shocked and saddened that he has passed as such a young age.  He made a great impact on a lot of lives during his too-short life.

My husband Earl and I are sadden to hear of Dr. Bayko's passing. He just became our family doctor and we really liked him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr Bayko at Providence Medical Group where I was the Quality Improvement Coordinator. Dr Bayko was always the first to volunteer for any special improvement project I threw his way. His can-do attitude was so refreshing, and it spoke to how much he cared for his patients-he always pushed to better his practice. He was so kind, and so patient. His willingness to be open to new ideas, and collaboration just made my job so easy. I know he will be so greatly missed in the medical community, by his patients and anyone who crossed his path. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. 

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Dr. Bayko’s passing. He was a wonderful doctor, good listener, and a smart man. He was always willing to help solve any medical problems and he was so knowledgeable about health issues; not just popping pills. What he didn’t know, he would investigate. He was so caring and helpful to my mom. She had Alzheimer’s and he had such a compassion for her as he seemed to have with all of his patients. He always would ask about her when she was no longer able to see him as her doctor. At the end of my appointments,  we would always share pictures of my dogs and his cats. He always spoke so highly of his Mom and her visits. He was a special doctor who cared for his patients as family. He will be so missed. 

I'm a man of 34 who has been going through health issues and doctors since I was 16yr old.
10 years ago I was introduced to Dr. Ryan Bayko as I was going through the most difficult time in my life you helped me in so many ways I can't think you enough.
You aways treating me as a person and not just a patient & you made sure I got my quality of life back I truly thank you.
You will be missed not just as my doctor but a true friend.

I have shed many tears the past few hours. My wife and I will miss him so much. Dr. Ryan Bayko was a kind, smart man. He understood that the practice of medicine was about relationships. He was the best physician I have had in my life time, and I grow old. We know that we are just a small part of a large community that mourns the loss of this wonderful person who gave so much to others. 

I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Bayko for many years. He was our family Doctor.  We all adored him. He was very laid back and personable and he helped my son tremendously through some tough times as a teenager. I always enjoyed hearing about his cats.  He was a one of a kind Doctor who touched everyone who was blessed enough to know him. Lifting his mom in prayer as well as the rest of his family and friends. Rest in Peace Dr. Bayko you will be very missed. 

I'm sitting here in shock and disbelief over the loss of doctor Ryan. What a tremendous young man he was! He was one of my Hometown heroes and someone I could talk every day life with. He always treated me like I was family as much as a patient. Prayers and hugs to all in this time of loss!

Dr. Bayko was a wonderful preceptor for many of our third year medical students.  I had the pleasure of meeting him not too long ago - he was a very kind man, and always happy to help train future physicians.  I know he will be missed by his family, his colleagues, and his patients.  He will be missed by me and my students as well. Sending strength to all who knew and loved him.

Dr. Bayko was such a big hearted, kind man. I’ve had the pleasure of supervising his medical practice these past few years. He has been a mentor to many young new medical providers and students and his patients absolutely adore him. He touched many lives and helped so many people. Sending love and prayers to his Mom at this very difficult time, we all know how close he was to her. His work family is so devastated and saddened by this news. He will be truly missed by so very many people.
