Was just watching Delaware Ohio fair a day or two before the Jug on the internet and they mentioned Chip and how he was lost too early. I did not know him but looked up the obituary and saw all the wonderful and inspiring pictures and just wanted to write as a fan of harness racing. God Bless to all his family members and my heartfelt condolences.
A Michigander.
