Scott A. Riggs, age 66, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. He is survived by his mother Estelle Riggs, his sister Brenda (Robert) Chodkowski, 1 niece and 1 nephew. Scott was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday March 18, 2025 from 1 to 2 pm at Tobias Funeral Home, 648 Watervliet Ave, Dayton, Ohio. A service will follow at 2pm. Chaplain Phillip G. Buxton, Jr. will officiate.
Burial with Air Force Honors will be held at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Miamisburg, Ohio following the Service.
