Shaela Sue Leopard

LEOPARD, Shaela Sue 75, of Beavercreek, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, August 11, 2023 with her beloved husband Joe at her side. Shaela was born October 6, 1947, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Alvin James Robbins and Doris Louise (Hall) Curry; also preceding her in death was her brother Todd Robbins, sister Darla Cain and nephew Alex Dunham.

Shaela leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 48 years, Joe Leopard, children Marla (Doug) Bailey of Beavercreek, Steven (Courtenay) Leopard of Myrtle Beach, SC, Greg Loxley of Siesta Key, FL, Chad (Jeanette) Leopard of Beavercreek; grandchildren Amanda (Jack) Jones, Lauren Bailey, Sydenay (Brandon) Erway, Presley Leopard, Chase Loxley, Lillian Leopard, Mackston Leopard; great-grandchildren Avery Jones, Bashton Erway; siblings Britton (Karen) Robbins, Sharla (Tom) Dunham, and Ashley Robbins as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Shaela was a graduate of Fairmont West High School, was a Clinique consultant and retired from Parisian department store. Shaela and Joe, along with Randy and Christine Leopard, owned the Greenery Flower & Garden Center from 1980-1984. In 1985, Joe and Shaela founded Joe's Landscaping of Beavercreek, Inc. She loved sleigh rides, morning walks and sunsets on Siesta Key beach. She also loved the fall and the sounds of the crunching of leaves on her daily walks, and it took her two weeks to find the perfect Christmas tree. Shaela was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and foster mom to newborns; she lived by the motto: "Live, Love, Laugh".

Her family will receive friends Friday, August 18, 2023 at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton - Xenia Road, Beavercreek starting at 1:00 pm, followed by a service at 3:00 pm.
