Strauder Shouse, 85, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 28, 2018. He was born April 16,1933 in Irvine, KY to Walter and Bertha (Stewart) Shouse. He was preceded in death by his son Craig Shouse. Strauder will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 62 years Lynette Ballard Shouse; 2 children, Darlene (Kenneth) Holder of Bellbrook and Scott (Sandy) Shouse of Xenia; 5 grandchildren, Brandon (April) Shouse, Lyndsey Shouse, Jacob (Andrea) Holder, Brockton Holder, Keith (Leah) Shouse; and 5 great grandchildren, Paige, William, Jordon, Mason, and Raegan. Strauder was a member of Faith Baptist Church of Beavercreek and was a man who loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was devoted to his family. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at 12 PM. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 AM until the time of the memorial service on Monday.
