Sue Carol Watters York

York, Sue Carol (Watters), 75, of Beavercreek, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Trinity Community. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold M. York, whom she married on January 24, 1959; her parents John Wilder Watters and Lucy Emerine (Foster) Watters; brother James Watters; sisters Connie Moore, Bertha Osborne, Peggy Profitt, Barbara Fugate, Evelyn Watters, Wilma Cottam and Mary Mildred Hamlin. She is survived by her children Greg (Wendy) York, Sheila (Robert) Daniel, and Cathy York (Sandy Jarrett); brothers-in-law Alan Cottam, Fred Profitt and Dan Hamlin; grandchildren Carly (Deacon) York, Kristin (Joseph) York, Brandon (Kaylen) Kinton, Benjamin York, Jules Allen (Janette) Daniel, John A. Daniel; great grandchildren Braylon, Aly, John Jr., Anthony, Jacob, Jackie and Rhea; numerous other relatives and friends. Sue was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy was making a happy home. She was always known for her warm, beautiful smile that will be forever missed. Funeral services will be 10 AM Monday, January 26, 2015 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd at Grange Hall Rd. Interment Mt. Zion Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home. The family would like to say thank you to the staff at Trinity Community for their loving care for the four years Sue lived there.
