Sue was a great friend who I had the pleasure of knowing since the 90's and working with her at the bus garage. My condolences to Tom, Andy, Natalie and Tj I'm so sorry for your loss. Your mother was a great friend, wife, mother, and grandmother. Lots of laughs, always there when you need her like pitching in at the October fest when we we overwhelmed, what she would do for soft pretzels! Cooking on a hot grill at my daughter's graduation party. Fly High my friend. Rest in peace

Words cannot express the sadness I feel in learning of Sue's passing. Sue has always been near to my heart. We go back a long time. I remember the good times we had when you lived next to Peggy and Larry. Also, when you guys came to Houston to visit Shelly and me.

Somewhere I have a photo my grandfather took of Sue, Sally, Alicia and Kathy as the Beatles in a fifth grade talent show. I can't seem to find it but when I do, I will share it.

With love,

Bob and Diane

Sue and I met just a few years ago, through a small quilting group. Her smile was the first thing that I noticed about Sue, then her contagious laugh, and her genuine interest in what a person said. Yes, she was an excellent sewist, but more importantly, she was a compassionate person who was a friend to everyone she met. My thoughts and prayers are with you, her family and close friends, but she will always be with you. She is now the angel on your shoulder, who will remind you of her presence when you hear that infectious laugh, see the sparkle of excitement in a child's eyes, or receive a warm, loving hug from someone when you least expect it. God may have taken her from us physically, but as long as your heart beats, Suzy will be with you!

I first met Sue in 1990 when I came to the bus garage. As I was the 4th Sue there, she started calling me New Sue...a nickname that stuck for many years. I was very sad to hear of her passing. She had the best laugh. Please accept my condolences, Tom & all of your family. Will always remember her fondly. New Sue 💕
