Fagan, Suzann A. age 85 of Washington Twp. Ohio passed away peacefully at her residence on October 2, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late William J. Fagan, devoted mother of Thomas Fagan, Susan Fagan, Patricia Snowden and William Fagan Jr. (Barbara). Proud grandmother of Lauren Heilig (Jared), Tom Fagan Jr., Whitney Snowden, Madison Snowden and Joe Fagan. Cherished great grandmother of Charlotte Snowden; dear sister of the late John Ziehler (Marilyn) and Dorothy Roettele (Don).
Suzann’s passion was real estate. She started her career with Roth gallery of homes in the mid 1960’s and in 1972 Suzann started her own company “Fagan Realty” still in business today.
Visitation will be at Tobias funeral home- Far Hills chapel October 8 from 6-8pm. Memorial mass October 9 , 10:00am Emmanuel Catholic church 149 Franklin St. Dayton, Ohio 45402.
