

Terri D Long, age 62, passed away Monday, June 1, 2026. She was born in Xenia Ohio to the late George and Sharon Long. She is a 1982 graduate of Beavercreek High School and Greene Vocational School. Terri is a master gardener who loved planting and horticulture. She enjoyed picking berries to make jellies and canning to preserve garden foods. Terri loved to bake and try new and old recipes. She was known to have a heart of gold and great sense of humor but was not afraid to speak her mind. Terri loved to be outdoors fishing, especially at her cousin Lance’s pond. She enjoyed many trips to the Amish country and cruising the country roads. Terri was a faithful and devoted member of her church and only missed do to illness. She was also known to be an animal person at heart.
Terri is survived by Thomas Jarrett, special friend of 35 years, three brothers George(Lea Ann), Denny, her twin Timmy and one sister Megan (Dave) Carpenter, four nieces and four nephews that she treated as her own children Jessica (Dan) Luckenbill, Jenny (Mike) Warner, Brandon Long, Matthew (Rachel) Long, DJ Long, Hannah Johnson, Dillan Johnson and Miranda Long, seven great-nieces and nephews Raelynn, Devin, Denver, and Lincoln Warner, Benjamin and Grace Luckenbill, and Asher Lantz. Terri was a very generous person who was always willing to be helpful. She will be deeply missed.
