Douglass, Terry N., age 55, of Riverside, OH passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Jane Catherine Douglass, two sisters, Betty Mullins, Annie Douglass and his brother, Paul O. Douglass. Terry is survived by his sister, Mary Piatt; three brothers, Mike, Charles, Larry and wife, Judith and a brother-in-law, James "Corky" Mullins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2012, at St. Helen Catholic Church, 5100 Burkhardt Road with Father David Brinkmoeller, celebrant. Interment will be in Aley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the mass on Monday.
