He is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Laura Rosengarten; his wife, Joyce Rosengarten; and sister Cynthia Deuber.
Terry is survived by his son, Jason (Jean) Rosengarten; grandson: Brent (Angela) Rosengarten; great grandchildren: Adam, Elliot, Emma, and Haley; and special friend, Pam Littenhoff.
Terry was a U.S. Navy Vietnam Veteran and eventually retired as an electrician for General Motors. He was an avid hunter and sportsman who loved the outdoors and animals, especially dogs. He also loved corvettes and owned a few during his life. Terry was a big family man and was there for his son, grandson, and great grandchildren. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
A visitation for Terry will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432. A private burial at Fairview Cemetery will be held at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Terry’s name to SICSA, to take care of shelter dogs.
