Thomas Edward Hardman

Thomas Edward Hardman, born May 3, 1963, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on Saturday, September 5th, 2026. The entire process from the first hospital visit was 3.5 weeks. Per his wishes, he passed at home with his family and friends at his side. It was unbelievably fast, tragic and we lost Tom when he was far too young.

Tom graduated from Fairmont East H.S. in Kettering, OH. He attended The Ohio State University his freshman year and then decided to start his working career instead. He spent a major part of his career managing Taco Bell restaurants and significantly increased Sales Revenue for every restaurant he managed including the Taco Bell on Woodman which became the busiest Taco Bell in the area. He then decided to become an entrepreneur and open two nightclubs, Casablanca / South Beach and Pulsations. He owned and managed these night clubs for many years, loved this business, made many new friends, and even learned to become a successful DJ for his customers!!!!!

Tom was also a full-time caregiver for our Dad, Mervin G. Hardman, and allowed him to stay at home while he fought debilitating rheumatoid arthritis and heart disease until June 2022 when he passed. He has been a caregiver for our Mom, Patricia A. Hardman, ever since. These were priceless gifts to allow both of our parents to stay in our family home.

Tom is survived by his Mother, Patricia A. Hardman of Kettering, OH, his sister, Debbie S. Miller, of Memphis TN, his nephew Kevin A. Miller of Memphis, TN and his niece Michelle L. Miller of Memphis, TN soon to move to Kansas City, MO. He was loved by all. RIP Tom………Graveside Ceremony will take place on Saturday, September 12th, 2:30pm at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery, 8135 North Dixie.
