

Tom is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Charlotte (Gentile). He is survived by his adoring wife of 47 years, Barbara (Puslat), sons Michael and Andrew (Tracy), daughter Jennifer (Ayres), grandchildren Emily and Levi Ayres, brothers Joseph (Patricia), Anthony (Debbie), David (Jennifer), sister Christy Jo (Sherman Long). Also, including nieces, nephews, and cousins
Tom was born on May 23rd, 1952 in Dayton Ohio. He was greatly known for his love of family, friends and Catholic faith. Tom graduated from Alter High School in 1970 and from there worked at Nationwise Auto Parts. He and Barb moved to Tipp City where they raised their three children and he worked at Emery World Wide for nearly 30 years. Tom had a strong passion for historic muscle cars and was a steady source of incredible knowledge to those who knew him. He never knew an enemy and had a lifelong reputation of being a voice of reason with a touch of humor and sarcasm. He was blessed with friendships that lasted over 50 years in the racing community. Tom will leave a legacy and love of Mopar’s that will live on within his two sons.
Visitation will be held at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45429 on Tuesday, September 13th. 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Tom's Life will be held Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial Calvary Cemetery.
Tom’s family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support during this time. He loved gatherings with family and friends and we encourage those who knew him to help us celebrate his life.
