POLIQUIN, Thomas L. age 77 of Beavercreek passed away on Thursday October 26, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Vivian Poliquin; and brother, Scott Poliquin. Thomas is survived by his wife of 58 years, Nancy Poliquin; children, Debbie (Dick) Jones, Tom A. (Janet) Poliquin, and Amy Poliquin; siblings, Annette Dodsworth, and Mike Poliquin; grandchildren, Josh, Kyle, Ryan, Taylor, and Susan; 6 great-grandchildren; and mother-in-law, Charlotte Swank. Thomas was on the Beavercreek Planning Commission and served as president of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio. A visitation will be held on Wednesday November 1, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road. A funeral service will be held on Thursday November 2, 2017 at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the VFW Post 8312, 2389 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45434 or to the Beavercreek Fire Department 851 North Orchard Lane, Beavercreek.
