My name is Naoko Hentz and I am first cousin to Tsuyako. I called her Aunty Tsuyako. I knew of her when I was little, but I never met her until late in our lives. We were so happy to find each other in this country. When I saw her for the first time, I immediately thought I knew her because of her resemblance to my paternal cousins. She was very lovely, a charming lady with lots of smiles. When I visited her for a week we talked endlessly, day and night. Our age gap of 20 years didn't bother us because we were born and grew up in the same small village on Okinawa and we both married Americans. When we talked on the phone we went until the batteries died. My condolences to Lenny and Elisia and family. I will miss her.
