WILBURN, Velma of Kettering, OH passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012. She retired from General Motors Corporation after 37 years of service. Velma was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Wilburn; daughter, Margery Cook; four brothers, Ralph, Roy, Dewey, and William; and four sisters, Edith, Ella, Mary, and Violet. She is survived by a daughter, Betty S. Green of Kettering, OH; a sister, Ruby Setzer of Hamilton, OH; three brothers, James Waldroff in FL, Kenneth Waldroff in CA, and Ford Waldroff of Hamilton, OH; three grandchildren, Susan Cook, Kimberly Green, and Jill Warner; a great grandson, Steven Tyler Salmons; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Avenue at Rahn Road, Saturday, August 11, 2012, from 10 to 11 am followed by a funeral service.
