Velvie Sipe, age 96, passed away on Thursday, December 4th, 2014 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Sipe (1995), parents, John Clarence Lewis and Lizzy Lewis, son, Thomas (Shirley) Sipe, and brothers, Edgar Hans Lewis and Elvis Lee Lewis. She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Powell, son, David (Janis) Sipe, sister, Geraldine (Robert) Vanhorn, brother, John C. Lewis, twenty-four grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 9th, 2014 at Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Friends may call between 10:00 am and 12 noon the day of service.
