Vicky Aceituno Ramsey

Ramsey, Vicky (Virginia) S., 62, of Dayton, OH went home to the Lord Saturday, January 10. A naturalized US citizen, she was born on July 13, 1952 in Havana, Cuba. Vicky attended Sinclair CC and Wright State University. She worked for many years at Miami Valley Hospital and Five River Health Centers - Center for Women's Health as a beloved and respected Spanish Interpreter; and was recently approved as a Certified Medical Interpreter in the State of OH. A loving mother, wife, daughter and friend, she was preceded in death by her father, Jose Aceituno, and several aunts and uncles. She is survived by Robert (Bob) her husband of 30 years; her daughters Sara (Simon) Workman and Lisa (Alex) Tienda; her mother Virginia (Gomez) Aceituno; sister Susana (Lindsey) Rosin and brother Jose Aceituno; her mother-in-law Anna Ramsey; her brothers-in-law: Dennis, Kevin (Lori), and David Ramsey; her sisters-in-law: Christine Manjerovic, Janet Ramsey, Teresa Ramsey, Kathy Ramsey; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45429. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 noon, Friday, January 16, 2015 at St. Leonard Church, 8100 Clyo Rd., Centerville, Ohio 45458. Father Lawrence Mick officiating.
