BUNDSCHUH, Walter Joseph, age 81, born in Piqua, Ohio on August 22, 1932, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. Walter proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. He attended Wilbur Wright High School and Miami Jacobs of Dayton. Walter was also an accomplished author of poetry. He retired from City Loan and Savings. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Leo Bundschuh and Agnes Sindler Bundschuh, two sisters Joanne Wellbaum and Alfrida Bell, brother-in-laws Donald Bundschuh, Dale Bell Sr., and Pertal(Bill)Hamilton, sister-in-law Barbara Wellbaum Hamilton. Walter is survived by his wife of 59 years Zoe R. Bundschuh, daughters; Michelle (Steven) Hahn, Lauri (Peter) Carroll, Lisa (Mark) Tangeman and son Joseph L. Bundschuh, grandchildren; Ashley Hahn, Seth (Kendra) Hahn, Lauren (Justin) Runyan, Nicholas Ciambro, Samantha Ciambro, Jared Tangeman, Jessica Tangeman, Joseph T. (Elsie) Bundschuh, Courtney Bundschuh and Walter Blake Bundschuh, great-grandchildren; Logan, Wyatt Jack, Luke, Audra and Caleb. He is also survived by his sister Rose Marie Bundschuh, brother-in-law Earl Lee (Shirley) Wellbaum and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. Steven Robbe and his staff for their care and support; also to the many wonderful Nurses at Hospice of Dayton, especially to Monica for her kind love and gentle care.
