Walter "Jamey" Crager, 56, of Jamestown, passed away on February 8,2023 in Dayton, Ohio. Jamey was born in Dayton, Ohio, March 3,1967 to Robert "Bob" and Doris Crager. He was a graduate of Xenia High School and married Hope on April 19, 1997, in Waynesville. Jamey was employed by Jeff Schmidt Automotive as a parts manager. United States Army Veteran of Desert Storm and served in the 1st Infantry Division of the Army and was awarded many awards. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert "Bob"Crager. Jamey is survived by his wife Hope, their children David, Amber, Robbie, Brittany (Jeremiah), and Savannah, grandchildren; Clayton, Brayden, Noah, Charlotte and Conner, his brother Kent (Rena), and his mother Doris.
Family to receive friends Thursday, February 16,2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Beavercreek Chapel; where funeral service will be held 10:00AM Friday, February 17, 2023.
Jamey will be laid to rest at Middle Run Cemetery, 3484 Middle Run Road, Bellbrook, Ohio 45068.
