

Trimbach, Walter J. He began his new life with the Lord passing away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on Sunday, January 15, 2012. He was born on October 5, 1930 in Dayton, Ohio to Anton and Clara Trimbach. He was preceded in death by his father, Anton, and great granddaughter, Ava Grace. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Phyllis. He is also survived by his mother, Clara (age 106) and 2 sisters, Anita (Donald) Popp and Marlene (Leo) Noll. A father to Linda (Fred) Hutchins, James (Kim) Trimbach, Carol (Joseph Rosenkranz), Thomas (Sue) Trimbach and Michael Trimbach.
A grandfather to Jennifer (Shawn) Kelly, Kevin (Carrie) Hutchins, Aimee (Donald) Swallows, Scott Trimbach, Matthew Trimbach, Shane Plummer, Kristen (Charles) Abel, Kelly (Rick) Hopson, Jessica (Timothy) Chaffin, Nichole Trimbach, Justin Trimbach and Ashley Kadrovach. A great-grandfather, to Dustin and Kaitlyn Hutchins, Lauren Kelly, Alivia Swallows, Kalan and Nevaeh Hopson, Alexis Plummer, Jacob Abel, Melissa and Joshua Chaffin and Christian Kadrovach, plus many nieces, nephews and very dear friends and neighbors. A graduate of Chaminade High School, Class of 1948 and was retired from N.C.R. after 45 years. He served as a Marine in Korea and was a judge advocate of the Marine League #271, V.F.W.#9927 and the American Legion #675. He served as Vice-President of the N.C.R. Retirees Association. He was also an associate member of Box 21 and a Deputy Sheriff with Phaul Detectives. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. Prayers will be held at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Drive, Kettering, Ohio.
