

Wanda Sue Sprinkle Crouch, 83, peacefully went home to Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 18, 2026. Born in Sparta, North Carolina, on April 1, 1943, to the late William and Pauline Massey Sprinkle Martin. Wanda spent her life sharing joy, kindness, and her unwavering faith with everyone she met.
Wanda never met a stranger. She loved Jesus, her family, and the many friends she made throughout her travels. Known as a ray of sunshine, she had a remarkable gift for finding joy even in life's challenges. Whether sharing her "Joke of the Day," spending time at the beach, or telling others about Jesus, Wanda brought smiles wherever she went.
The last ten years of her life were spent in Ohio where she treasured being close to family. She delighted in being "GiGi" to her beloved great-grandchildren, Hannah and Cade.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Todd (Amy) Crouch; daughter, Lisa (Chris) Gibbs; grandchildren, Amanda (Tim) Holtz; Kyle (Madison) Crouch; sister, Patricia (Lloyd) Johnson; brother-in-law, Alfred LeVan; nephew, Michael (Roxanne) LeVan; and many extended family members and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, James Edward Crouch; sister, Mary Maxine Sprinkle LeVan and her parents, William Sprinkle and Pauline Massey Sprinkle Martin.
A private family service will be held.
Those who knew Wanda will forever remember her unwavering faith and the love she shared so freely. Her favorite greeting & goodbye phase to everyone she met was simply: "Happy and Blessed." Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved her.
