Many years ago I worked as a server at First Watch in Kettering. Bill and Edie were regulars and would request my station. Bill made a painting for me of horses running that I have on my wall. Coincidentally TODAY all of a sudden I decide to Google his name and it happens to be exactly one year to the day of his memorial service.

To the families of Bill Benge - Our condolences and deepest sympathy in the
death of Bill whom we've known through the years starting with the Town &
Country Store. Our son worked there and was taken under Bill's wings since Mike was interested in design and eventually became a graphic designer on his own.Bill also helped us with our own interior design and from that we became great friends. We spent many wonderful times with both Bill and Edie
We will miss them both. We will remember you all in our thoughts and prayers.

Jenifer, Eric, Guy, Margie and all the kids, Just letting you know I am thinking of you all as you lay your dad/grandpa to rest. I LOVED it when your parents came to visit us when we were down for visits or even way back in our college years. I really enjoyed their company. I'm so sad they are both gone now. Such fun people. I feel lucky to have had a chance to know them and experience their love for life. My prayers are with you all. Love you, Julie M.

I worked with Bill many, many years ago at T&C Furniture. He was a pleasure to work with and I learned a lot from him as I was a newly wed. May GOD BLESS his family and friends.
