CANTRELL, William Henry, age 95 passed away Monday, Sept. 4, 2017. He was born in Lickburg, KY, son of Ollie Charles & Mance Cantrell. Served in the Navy during World War II of which he was extremely proud. He was awarded as a distinguished Federal Civilian in the Logistics Command for his calibration support for Air Force weapon systems and retired from the USAF after 42 years of service. Survived by son Mark & daughter-in-law Diane Cantrell, brother Paul (Marlene) of KY, sister-in-law Martha Strayer and numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elaine whom he married on Sept. 25, 1948. Also preceded in death by his sisters Myrtie, Lilly, Mattie, Irene, Helen and brothers Benjamin, Earl & Charles. Memorial services will be held at Morning Star Baptist Church 208 Nutt Rd. Centerville, Ohio 45458, Sat, Sept. 23, 2017 at 10 am.
