William Lloyd Reece

REECE, William Lloyd, age 74 of Riverside, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019. He was preceded in death by his mother Bertha White, father Shird Reece, and numerous siblings. William is survived by his wife of 52 years Vicki Reece, son Cody (Amanda) Reece, daughter Robin (Martin) Garrett, grandchildren Jonanthon Evans, Bryce Reece, Chaz Evans, Mattei Evans, Kylie Reece, and Recclee Garrett, special sister-in-law Judy Massengale, numerous nieces and nephews, and friends from all over. William served in the United States Army from 1967-69. While serving in the Vietnam War he earned a Purple Heart Medal. He retired from RTA after 37 years. William was a member of Alpha Lodge F&AM, Antioch Shrine, and American Legion Post 888. He loved his Harley Davidson and watching all types of car racing. Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Friday, November 22, 2019 at the Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with interment to follow at Dayton National Cemetery.
