Sorry to hear of her death. I worked with her at Sycamore Hospital in the operating room. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was a great nurse. She cleaned an anesthesia machine once with ether. When she was done she poured the balance of it on the floor to evaporate. We soon got a phone call as it had gone into the air handlers and was wafting all over the hospital. Lee just chuckled and told them she had no idea what they were talking about. She was very fond of Hannah and talked of her often. It sounds like she had a long full life. Rest in peace Lee. You are remembered fondly.

Lee was an avid hiker in addition to a loving mother. We climbed many mountains. She backpacked across the Grand Canyon from rim to rim and back again. She rafted the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon including Crystal Rapid and Lava Falls. We spent many days hiking in all seasons at Sugar Creek Metro Park near her home. She climbed to the summit of Mt Katahdid. She had a wonderful sense of humor. She was stoic and a legend within our family. She was greatly loved by our family.
