Bowen, Winona, age 81 of Dayton passed away unexpectedly and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 25th. Preceded in death by her husband Everett L. Bowen; daughter Debbie Johnson; and sisters E. Francis Ridener and Zezzie Lee Carpenter, Sons in Law Larry Brown, Jerry Oke. She is survived by sons Daniel (Evelyn) Bowen and Brian Bowen; daughters Beverly Oke and Donna Brown; brother Vinson Lumpkins; Son By another mother Jack Johnson and numerous nieces and nephews. Winona enjoyed singing with her son and in the choir, working on Genealogy and wrote a Biography, and loved to shop. She was a longtime member of Grace Baptist Church, and above all was a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. Friends may visit at the Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, on Sunday Afternoon from 3pm to 5pm and Monday, April 10th from 11AM to 1PM.
