Funeral for Beulah Warren Tuten Birdwell, 89, of Decatur will be Friday, March 16, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Birdwell, who died Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Limestone Health Facility, was born December 9, 1922, in Lauderdale County to Alfred and Sarah Tuten. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Lowell Tuten and Royce Tuten; and one sister, Ledavon Tuten.
Survivors include one son, Larry Birdwell (Sandra) of Tanner; two daughters, Barbara Kilgro of Decatur and Kathy Griffin (Roger) of Hartselle; one brother, Johnny Tuten (Doris) of Tuscumbia; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grand- children and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
