Memorial service for Bonnie Lee Turner Vines of Decatur will be Saturday, January 8, 2011, at 3 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Daniel Foster of Hartselle, AL officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Athens, AL at 4 p.m.

Mrs. Vines, who died Tuesday, January 4, 2011, at her residence, was born February 13, 1944, in Decatur to Talmadge and Oleeta Turner. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Talmadge Maxwell "Max" Turner, Charles Lamont "Monty" Turner and John Michael Turner, and a daughter, Gina Lee Owens.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, David K. Vines; one son, Mike Owens of Huntsville, AL; two daughters, Bonnie Kimberly Kirby of Scottsboro, AL and Melissa Jo Shelby of Toney, AL; one stepson, Larry Westley Vines of Peyton, CO.; one stepdaughter, Angelina Glass of Billingsley, AL; four grandchildren, David Jose Shelby of Toney, AL, Angela Michelle Shelby of Ardmore, TN, Kimberly Dawn Petty of Huntsville, AL and Kristen Danielle Petty of Huntsville, AL; 5 step-grandchildren, Aidan Vines of Peyton, CO, Jade Glass, Kensie Glass, Robert L. (Tripp) Glass III, Samuel Glass all of Billingsley, AL; and five great-grandchildren, Reagan Shelby of Ardmore, TN, Whitney Faye Nichols of Huntsville, AL, Kyleigh Eizabeth Nichols of Huntsville, Al, Elianna Nicholette diCelli and Nicholas Julian diCelli of Huntsville, AL.
